Hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a dentist! I had a challenging situation because I have a metal allergy and had a ceramic implant placed about a year and a half ago. Two dentists I saw before Creative Creations canceled on me because they didn’t feel comfortable working with ceramic implants due to issues they had experienced in the past. Then I met Dr. Matthew Heck, and he was willing to take on the challenge. After the first attempt, they needed to redo the impression because the lab wasn’t using 3D scanning and had taken the traditional approach. Dr. Heck and the Creative Creations team stayed committed to getting everything right, a true reflection of their knowledge and experience. A year and a half after my implant surgery, my implant has finally been successfully completed, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! What really stood out to me was how much the entire team genuinely cares about their patients and preventing future tooth decay and dental health care. The front desk staff was also incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating throughout the process. Overall, a phenomenal experience. I’m so grateful I found Dr. Heck and the Creative Creat

Dr.'s Matthew and Annalisa Heck and the whole team at Smile Creations are A+++. For someone that hadn't been to the dentist in years and was dealing with some extreme pain, they immediately addressed my short term needs and helped me create and navigate a plan for longer term needs. Every visit I've had with them has been stress free despite some significant work needing to be done a few times. I am now in a great spot with my dental health and they continue to help me stay on top of it! I cannot recommend them enough!

I could not be more pleased with these folks. Best experience with a dentist in my life honestly. I was missing one tooth in the lower front and wanted a fix. I got a quote from another dentist for a temporary pop-in option of 2500 dollars. This office gave me a permanent bridge for considerably less. I am very pleased with the work. This location has the most modern, state of the art equipment and the skills to use it. These days it is hard to find someone that isn't inflating prices to maximize profit. These people are artists, doing their art for the benefit of their patients. Highly recommend

A dental practice that truly lives up to its name! Smile Creations is an absolute gem of a dental practice in Austin and one that has completely transformed my experience of going to the dentist. From the very first appointment the team greeted me with genuine warmth and made me feel completely at ease in a way that is very rare in a dental setting. The dentists are exceptionally skilled, gentle and take the time to thoroughly explain every step of the treatment with patience and clarity. The office is beautifully modern, impeccably clean and equipped with the latest dental technology which really inspires confidence in the quality of care being delivered. My smile has genuinely never looked or felt better and I leave every appointment feeling truly well cared for.
